The stay is as my expectation, and the staff are friendly. The Christmas decoration is beautiful.
The swimming pool. Staff are friendly. The bedrooms are OK

The rooms are clean, spacious and have big windows, the beds are comfortable. Friendly staff. Relaxing café on ground floor. Good value for money.
Sometimes music was played through the speakers in the public areas, which could be heard in the rooms. Wifi in the room quite slow. Sometimes big tour groups seem to be staying there.

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, dirty and not so friendly staff
Hotel is old and worn out, dirty room and restaurant staff were not so customer friendly.
After i did check out and hop on to taxi, was halfway to bitung i realised that i left my phone charger in the room. I called later to the reception only to get answer that there was no charger. However i know i left it there because i used the charger at morning. Means the housekeeping stole it.

The breakfast was good, the hotel served traditional food and it taste delicious. Bedroom and bathroom was spacious.
Need to improve the cleanliness of the room. Elevators were old.
